Happy Monday! I hope that you had a great weekend. My week included my 34th birthday, a road trip, and every member of our family getting a stomach bug while on the road trip. I definitely do not recommend that. Because of the sickness, we didn’t get home until late Wednesday evening, and I began in-service days at school on Thursday. All told, I am glad last week is over!
My progress on my goals reflects the chaos of the week, but that is ok. Sometimes I need to be reminded that I am not always in control. For a control-freak like me, this is a difficult lesson that I have to re-learn again and again. I hope and pray that this week will be a bit more settled.
